U.S. Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your package and the shipping destination. Next Day Air, Second Day Air and US Postal Service Express Mail are available. Most packages are shipped by either UPS Ground (East Coast) or US Postal Service Priority Mail (Midwest-West Coast). For CODs, personal checks, or money orders add an additional $5.00 to the shipping charge. Please call or email if you would like an exact shipping rate quote.

Connecticut residents are subject to all state tobacco taxes and sales tax.

International Shipping
Shipments made outside the US are sent via US Postal Service. The amount of time it takes for shipment may vary. Allow a minimum of 2 weeks.

The Cigar Factory Outlet is not responsible for shipments that may be examined by customs agents of any country. Should a customer refuse a shipment and it is returned due to unpaid taxes or duties demanded by their respective governments,  CFO will refund the amount MINUS any shipping charges. CFO does not guarantee the condition of the products shipped overseas.
